Microgreens are young, edible seedlings harvested just after the cotyledon leaves develop. They’re concentrated in flavor and nutrients, making it easy to add freshness to daily meals without heavy prep.
Small servings, big impact—concentrated vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that fit any meal. In many Indian homes, leafy greens are underused because of time, prep, and freshness worries. Microgreens make it easy to fill that gap daily.
In the 1990s, Johns Hopkins researchers explored sulforaphane-rich broccoli sprouts and even pursued patents for their glucoraphanin content to study potential anticancer benefits (US5254281A, Paul Talalay et al.).
